Saturday Morning Yoga Beginners/All Levels
(Special $10 New Student)

Among its many benefits, this session helps improve mental clarity, flexibility, relaxation, strength, and connecting our mind and body through movement with the breath. Great for new students with modifications for the more intermediate yoga student.

Gentle Stretch and  Crystal Sound Bowls

This unique session helps to release tension through gentle stretches. Then, will transition into a soothing mini sound experience  with instruments such as Quartz and Tibetan Singing Bowls and gentle chimes to encourage total relaxation. (Join us for our monthly Community Sound Bath Events for an expanded sound experience).

*2nd Wednesday of the month 5:15pm-6:15pm returning

this Spring/Summer).

Vinyasa Flow Level 1 in studio (to follow)

Be prepared to move and likely break a sweat with this Vinyasa

Flow for the more intermediate yogi or beginner looking to deepen

their practice.  This class has a slightly faster pace as Vinyasa is a 

breath to movement style of yoga. Modifications offered.

Our mat pilates class is based on classical and contemporary Mat Pilates movements mindfully infused with stretches and props which helps improve the core, pelvic floor, abs, spinal mobility, balance, upper and lower body strength.​​

REFORMER PILATES

Book online for group in studio Reformer Pilates Classes with various times Mon-Thurs (with optional Fri or Sat classes to follow). 

​

Our group classes allow up to 4 students per session on our beautiful studio reformers providing more personal teacher attention and guidance for a high quality experience. 

 

Reformer Level 1 to 1.5 - All levels Beginner/Intermediate classes with modifications offered. 

​

Reformer level 1.5 to 2 is Intermediate/Advanced for students who have completed the foundations of Reformer 1 & 1.5.
