(Located in the Copper Town Square)

5:30pm to 6:15pm Sound Bath at the Governors Mansion.

6:30 pm to 7:30pm Sip and Shop from local artisans with DawnStar jewelry, Wild Roots plants & teas, Mirage Studio Crafts, and Bee Essentials Candles and Gifts at the Copper Cellar Wine Bar.

Ticket includes Sound Bath, Holiday Raffle, Pop Up Shop, and Complementary small bites catered by Wild Willow.

Wine available for purchase from the Copper Cellar (age 21+).

She will go over her comprehensive program that involves breathing techniques to change the way you think, feel, perform, and live in a holistic approach to well being.

Yoga Basics - All Levels
(Special - 50% Off New Students) 

Among its many benefits, this session helps improve mental clarity, flexibility, relaxation, strength, and connecting our mind and body through movement with the breath. Traditional yoga poses are catered to the newer students of yoga as well as modifications for the more intermediate yoga student.

Tuesday 6pm to 7pm

Gentle Stretch and  Crystal Sound Bowls

This unique session helps to release tension through gentle stretches. Then, will transition into a soothing mini sound experience  with instruments such as Quartz and Tibetan Singing Bowls and gentle chimes to encourage total relaxation. (Join us for our monthly Community Sound Bath Events for an expanded sound experience).

Vinyasa Flow Level 1 and 2 in studio

Wednesday 10:30AM to 11:30AM

Be prepared to move and likely break a sweat with this Vinyasa

Flow Level 1 and 2 for the more intermediate yogi or beginner looking to deepen their practice.  This class has a slightly faster pace as Vinyasa is a breath to movement style of yoga.

Rejuvenating Chair Yoga in studio
Wednesday - *Two Classes
9am-10am and 1pm-2pm
(Senior discount 55+ $10 class)

We will provide a chair as a prop to practice the techniques needed to stretch, strengthen, balance, increase mobility, and improve mental clarity while also remaining mindful of the breath as we flow through yoga poses on a chair instead of the traditional floor mat. Chair Yoga is great for those who want to make yoga more accessible.

Mat Pilates Fusion

Friday - 10:30AM to 11:30 AM

This new addition to our repertoire of classes is based on traditional Mat Pilates movements mindfully infused with stretches and props which helps improve the core, pelvic floor, abs, spinal mobility, balance, upper and lower body strength.
