Vinyasa Flow Level 1 and 2
Thursday 9:00am
This Vinyasa Flow Session focuses on movements connected to the breath as students flow through a sequence of various yoga poses to improve overall strength, stability, balance, alignment, and the core.
This class is geared towards yoga students who already know the fundamentals of yoga poses and would like a full body workout while keeping the mind body connection with each breath.
All levels welcome with modifications offered for the more intermediate to advanced yogi.
